Job Description:
We are currently seeking an accomplished Sales CRM Data Specialist that will ensure the accuracy and reliability of the customer database, transforming information into actionable insights that strengthen customer relationships and support the business growth, mainly through data driven marketing actions.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the quality and continuous updating of the customer database (data accuracy, contact permissions, segmentation models);
- Develop and maintain segmentation and scoring models to support marketing and commercial campaigns;
- Support the strategic definition and operational execution of customer lifecycle campaigns (onboarding, cross-sell, retention);
- Produce analytical reports and dashboards (Power BI, MicroStrategy, Excel) for different teams and management levels;
- Share insights and promote CRM data awareness across sales, marketing, and management teams;
- Collaborate closely with sales, marketing and digital teams to ensure campaign effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Management, Marketing, Statistics, Economics, or related field;
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in CRM, analytical marketing, or business intelligence roles (preferably in retail, telco’s);
- Strong command of Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and MicroStrategy (SQL skills is a plus);
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail;
- Ability to translate data into actionable marketing activities;
- Collaborative mindset, effective communication skills, and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
Valued Skills:
- Knowledge of database management principles and GDPR;
- Curiosity and proactivity in identifying and implementing continuous CRM process improvements;
- Experience with marketing automation tools (Adobe Campaign is a plus);
- Fluence in English (minimum level B2).
