MISSION:
To drive excellence in supply chain data management and collaboration with suppliers, ensuring accurate and timely creation, maintenance, and communication of master data. This role encompasses overseeing the onboarding and management of centralized suppliers, optimizing logistics processes, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels throughout the supply chain
RESPONSABILITIES:
Data Management
- Coordinate the creation and maintenance of master data, ensuring completion within quality targets and set SLAs;
- Create, maintain, and delete master data accurately and in time;
- Coordinate with relevant functions and act upon requirements to ensure accurate data collection and processing;
- Communicate changes to relevant stakeholders;
- Document business processes for related master data and garuntee they are followed;
- Participate in and/or provide input to relevant stakeholder networks to improve the master data process and support agreed activities.
Supplier Collaboration
- Onboard centralized suppliers, overseing logistics contract management;
- Set up centralized suppliers with the correct parameters in the system to facilitate efficient collaboration and communication;
- Coordinate the implementation, monitoring, and analysis of supplier performance indicators to optimize costs and improve service levels for internal customers;
- Supervise and control logistic costs, including the collection of information, development of calculation methodologies, and formulation of control indicators;
- Ensure accurate calculation of logistic fees per supplier to cover operational costs effectively;
- Monitor supplier performance metrics and implement corrective actions to address any deviations from agreed-upon standards or guarantee penalties fees (when applicable).
Process Improvement
- Identify areas for process improvement within logistics operations and supply chain;
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in logistics, recommending innovative approaches to enhance supplier relationships;
- Manage barcoding implementation with suppliers, ensuring seamless integration, accurate labeling, and efficient communication throughout the supply chain.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Management, Logistics, Management.
- Over 5 years of experience in similar activities, with a focus on Supplier Collaborations;
- Certifications in Kaizen Methodology and/or Project Management is a plus for this role;
- Excellent data analysis skills, with advanced proficiency in Excel;
- Fluent in English is essential due to frequent interaction with international headquarters and boards;
- Strong mindset of continuous improvement and the ability to propose and implement innovative ideas
