Job Description

Mission:

As Learning Specialist, you will design and implement effective learning initiatives, aligned with organization’s goals, enhancing employee skills, knowledge, and performance and preparing the company for future challenges.

 

Responsabilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of overall framework for Learning & Development to enhance MAKRO learning journey and learning culture;
  • Drive continued implementation and usage of our LMS and other digital solutions for learning to create an attractive and accessible marketplace for learning;
  • In collaboration with adequate stakeholders, develop a global framework around skills/core competencies as well as a process for regular evaluation of individual and organizational competence needs;
  • In cooperation with Corporate Learning team, drive development and implementation of global common learning and development concepts, e.g. leadership development and change management;
  • Follow-up on L&D KPIs to support strategic decisions;
  • Ensures budget management

Qualifications

  • Minimum degree level in Human Resources, Psychology or Social Sciences;
  • 4-5 years' experience in a similar role;
  • Proficient in the Learning & Development area with proven experience and knowledge of effective learning methods, and hands-on development and implementation of learning and competence development journeys;
  • Insights and experience in Learning Technology and Learning Experience, including e-learning platforms and Learning Management Systems (LMS);
  • Experience in driving a learning culture;
  • Strong project management skills and professional experience in driving development projects/initiatives within the business, preferably in a global role;
  • Strong collaboration and networking skills as well as excellent communication skills in Portuguese and English;
  • A holistic approach and the ability to embrace a broad perspective with a growth mindset;
  • Experience working with Learning and Development in other industry companies is a plus as well as experience from developing approach, set up and implementation of skills framework.
